Acceptance and scope / Chấp nhận và phạm vi

These Terms govern use of the HCP TikTok Publisher integration and its related local administration interface, background service, and publishing features when available. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not connect your TikTok account or use the integration.

Eligibility and permitted use / Điều kiện sử dụng

You must be legally able to use TikTok and authorized to manage every account you connect. Use of the integration must comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights, TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Content Posting API policies, and rate limits.

Account authorization / Cấp quyền tài khoản

When supported and approved, TikTok accounts are connected through TikTok's official OAuth authorization process. You decide whether to grant requested scopes, such as basic profile access or content publishing. The integration does not require you to disclose your TikTok password to its operator.

You can revoke access through TikTok's authorized-app settings. Revocation may prevent future scheduled publications until you reconnect the account. Only permissions actually granted by TikTok will be used.

Content requirements / Quy định về nội dung

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, legality, licensing, and publication settings of all videos, photos, captions, hashtags, links, and other materials you submit. You must have the necessary rights and consents for the content, including commercial and affiliate promotions where applicable.

Do not use the integration for spam, deceptive engagement, misleading advertising, infringement, unauthorized reposting, harassment, or other prohibited conduct. Follow applicable advertising-disclosure requirements and TikTok's commercial-content rules.

Tiếng Việt: Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về quyền sử dụng ảnh/video, chú thích, hashtag và nội dung quảng cáo/tiếp thị liên kết. Không sử dụng để đăng spam, sao chép trái phép, gây hiểu nhầm hoặc vi phạm chính sách TikTok.

Scheduling and publishing / Lên lịch và đăng bài

Scheduling is a request to attempt publication at a specified time, not a guarantee that TikTok will publish the content. Posts may be delayed, rejected, restricted, or require additional action due to API approval status, account settings, media validation, network failures, rate limits, or TikTok's moderation and platform rules.

Features are available only within the scopes and publishing methods approved for the app. No function is intended to bypass TikTok review, platform restrictions, or API access controls. You should check the publication result in TikTok.

Tiếng Việt: Lịch đăng là yêu cầu thực hiện, không bảo đảm bài sẽ đăng thành công. TikTok có thể từ chối hoặc giới hạn bài do quyền API, nội dung, trạng thái tài khoản hay kết nối. Không sử dụng công cụ để vượt cơ chế kiểm duyệt hoặc giới hạn của TikTok.

Ownership and permissions / Quyền sở hữu

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By providing content to the integration, you authorize the app to prepare, transmit, and publish it solely according to your instructions and enabled features. You are responsible for material supplied by third parties and for obtaining licenses or approvals as required.

Service availability / Khả dụng

The integration may change, be temporarily unavailable, or cease working when TikTok APIs, permissions, operating systems, or third-party services change. Maintenance and security updates may also interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a minimum number of successfully published posts.

Disclaimers and responsibility / Miễn trừ và trách nhiệm

The application is provided on an “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The operator is not responsible for TikTok's independent decisions about moderation, account restrictions, review, or availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits applicable consumer rights.

Changes and termination / Thay đổi và ngừng sử dụng

These Terms may be updated to reflect feature, legal, or platform-policy changes. The latest version will be published here with an updated effective date. You may stop using the integration and revoke access at any time; retention and deletion of associated data are explained in the Privacy Policy.
