HCP TikTok Publisher is intended to connect a TikTok account with its owner's consent, prepare or schedule creator-provided content, submit permitted publishing requests, and show their status. It does not ask for your TikTok password. Its actual access is limited by scopes granted through TikTok OAuth and TikTok's API approvals.

This Privacy Policy explains how Huỳnh Công Phúc, as operator of the independent HCP TikTok Publisher integration (“we”, “our”), handles personal and creator-related data when you use the integration. It applies to its website information pages and, when enabled, its local administration interface, background publishing service, and authorized TikTok API connections.

Depending on the features you use and the OAuth scopes you approve, the integration may process:
- TikTok account data: TikTok-provided account identifiers (such as open_id), permitted basic profile details, and the connected-account status.
- Authorization data: OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, and expiration times required to access TikTok APIs on your behalf.
- Content and scheduling data: videos, images, captions, hashtags, intended posting times, privacy and interaction preferences, and publishing settings that you provide.
- Operational data: publishing request IDs, API status responses, timestamps, errors and audit records needed to diagnose publishing results and protect the service.
- Contact data: information you voluntarily send when you email the operator.

Data is used to authenticate the account you authorized, display connection and creator settings, prepare publishing requests, upload or submit content as instructed, check post status, manage scheduled operations, investigate errors, and prevent unauthorized access or misuse. Processing is based on your requested service and authorization, subject to applicable privacy law.
We do not use your TikTok authorization to independently publish content you have not instructed the integration to post. We do not sell TikTok-connected account data or OAuth tokens to advertisers or data brokers.

TikTok OAuth permissions / Quyền TikTok OAuth
Account connection uses TikTok's official OAuth process when the integration is authorized to do so. Permissions requested may include user.info.basic (limited account information), video.upload (uploading content for user-led publication), or video.publish (direct publishing), depending on approved product features and your consent. A scope will not be exercised unless TikTok grants it.
You can inspect or revoke permissions in TikTok's authorized-app settings. TikTok separately controls its own platform data and processing practices; see TikTok's Privacy Policy.

Where data may be stored / Nơi lưu trữ
The integration is designed for an operator-controlled Windows environment with a local administrative website and background service. When deployed that way, account connection records, tokens, schedules and logs may be held in locally managed application storage and backups. Publication still requires exchanging data with TikTok's online APIs; where TikTok requires a publicly accessible media URL, the operator must arrange suitable media hosting.
These public policy pages are hosted using GitHub Pages. Visiting them may create standard web-hosting access records controlled by the hosting provider. No advertising tracker, analytics script, or email collection form is deliberately included on these two policy pages.

Connection records and scheduled-content data are retained only while needed for the integration's operation or for legitimate troubleshooting, security, and legal purposes. The duration may depend on the local deployment's configuration and backup rotation. A user who disconnects an account can also request deletion of associated locally stored information by contacting the operator below. Some records may remain temporarily in controlled backups or as required by law; TikTok's copy of published content is governed separately by TikTok.

To request details about data held in the integration, correction of inaccurate records, deletion, or other privacy rights available under applicable law, email the contact below. Please identify the relevant TikTok account without sending passwords, refresh tokens, or other secrets.

The integration is intended to limit access to authorized operators and use official authentication and secure transport for API requests. The effectiveness of local database access controls, token protection, backups, update practices, and account security depends on the deployed configuration. No transmission or storage system is entirely risk-free; report suspected misuse to the operator promptly.
